Peru Cajamarca

This single origin coffee is grown in the Cajarmarca region of Peru, an area in the Northern part of the Andes Mountain chain. The mild climate and high elevation allows the coffee fruit to mature slowly into dense beans, developing complex flavors. 

This is a Fair Trade Coffee from the Finca Churupampa group, a group of 150+ family coffee farmers in the Cajamarca region.
