From the southern Chiapas Highlands of Mexico, this Specialty Coffee is grown in the lush rain forests that blanket the Sierra Madre de Chiapas mountains. It has been washed and sun dried to preserve the coffee's natural flavors of cocoa and nut, with minimal fermentation.
